SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing  
All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days before shipment.

Estimated shipping times  
Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and current fulfillment volume. After an order is fulfilled, estimated transit times may vary, but most domestic orders may take approximately 4–11 business days in transit, while international orders may take approximately 4–23 business days in transit. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Multiple packages  
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered, packaging requirements, or fulfillment location.

Shipping address  
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may only be possible before the order has shipped.

Customs, duties, and import taxes  
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delayed, lost, or returned packages  
If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or defective items  
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund may be offered.

Returns for buyer’s remorse  
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size ordered, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
